By using our website, you acknowledge the terms outlined in this Disclaimer, subject to applicable law.
1. Product Descriptions and Information
We strive to provide accurate descriptions of our blankets, throws, bed blankets, and other home textile products. However, product descriptions, dimensions, materials, specifications, and other details may occasionally contain errors or omissions.
Product information is provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions and should not be interpreted as a guarantee that every detail will be identical in all circumstances. We reserve the right to correct inaccuracies, update product information, and make reasonable changes to website content, subject to applicable law.
2. Color and Appearance Differences
We make reasonable efforts to display product colors and appearances as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your device, monitor settings, screen resolution, lighting conditions, and other factors.
The texture, finish, pattern, or appearance of a product may also differ slightly from the images displayed online. These variations do not necessarily indicate that a product is defective.
3. Product Dimensions and Materials
Product dimensions and measurements are provided for reference. Minor differences may occur due to manufacturing tolerances, measurement methods, or the natural characteristics of textile materials.
Fabric texture, softness, thickness, and appearance may also vary depending on the material composition and production process. We encourage customers to review the product details carefully before placing an order.

If an error affects an order or purchase, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation in accordance with our policies and applicable consumer protection laws.
5. Product Care and Use
Care instructions and product recommendations are provided to help customers maintain their home textiles. Results may vary depending on the fabric, washing method, detergent, drying conditions, and frequency of use.
Customers should follow the care instructions supplied with the product or on its label. Improper washing, drying, cleaning, storage, or handling may affect product quality and appearance.
Calvynex is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or use, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
